No, Impact Optimize is a live and in-person event

The cost of parking is not included in the ticket price

Are there any organized shuttles?

There are no organized shuttles; attendees are responsible for arriving at Navy Pier on their own

What are the accommodation arrangements?

Impact Optimize is not arranging accommodation for attendees
However, we do have a room block the W Lakeshore Hotel, just a 10-minute walk away from Navy Pier

If guests would prefer something different, there are additional hotel recommendations on the Impact Optimize website

What is the agenda for the day?

8:00 am – 9:00 am: Registration
9:00 am – 12:00 pm: Keynote presentations
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Lunch and networking
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Breakout sessions
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Happy hour and networking
In addition to these items, there will be activations and opportunities to network throughout the day

What food will be served at Impact Optimize?

Coffee and water will be available throughout the day
Lunch will be boxed sandwiches
Vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available
Happy hour will include an open bar

If attendees have special dietary restrictions, what should they do?

The catering company will have a number of options to accommodate those with special dietary needs
All attendees can ask a member of the catering staff to get a meal that meets their dietary needs

How many people can use a single ticket?

Only one person can use a badge
Badges cannot be handed off or passed between people to attend different parts of the event
Badges do not include any additional guests

Can you transfer tickets to others in your organization/externally?

Transfers before the event are handled on a case-by-case basis
We do not recommend transferring tickets, as the original purchaser then will not be able to attend the event
Tickets cannot be transferred after the event has begun on August 11th

Will there be storage for bags or jackets?

Storage for personal items will not be available at Impact Optimize
We recommend attendees only bring small items that will be easy to carry all day
Attendees are responsible for their belongings at all times, and any lost or stolen items will be at their own cost

Is Navy Pier accessible for people with disabilities?

All levels of Navy Pier are accessible by elevator, and there are public restrooms that can accommodate wheelchairs
While some attractions at Navy Pier are not accessible, everything at Impact Optimize will be

The dress code for Impact Optimize is business professional

Can you register on-site to attend?

If space is still available, we can register attendees on-site
However, we expect Impact Optimize to sell out, so we highly recommend that people who want to attend register in advance

How can attendees register for individual sessions?

First, they must register to attend Impact Optimize as a whole
After they’ve registered, they can go to impactoptimize.com/agenda
There will be a purple “login” button on the top-right corner of the schedule they can click on
If they have not already set up their profile, they will be prompted to do so and will receive a link through their email
Once logged in, they can register for any available session by clicking on the seat icon

Are there any discounts available on the ticket price?

Yes!
Contact your representative for their coupon code, which provides access to the best possible price

Are there any age restrictions for the event?

There are no specific age restrictions for the overall event
Attendees must be 21+ to be served alcohol at happy hour
While there are no restrictions on age, Impact Optimize is designed for business professionals, and child-friendly events or daycare will not be available

What technology do attendees need for the event?

No specific technology is required to attend, but we recommend attendees bring smartphones to take full advantage of all activations and networking opportunities

How can attendees keep track of the sessions and activations they’d like to see?

Our registration platform, Bizzabo, offers opportunities to save sessions, take notes, and connect with fellow attendees

How can attendees network?

Attendees can network during breakfast, before and after sessions, at activations throughout the event, and during happy hour
They can connect through the event app, by exchanging business cards, or via email or social media

During morning registration, from 8:00 am – 9:00 am
